Terms of Use

getjam.store · Get Jam LLC · Last updated: October 16, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Get Jam LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA (“Jam”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of getjam.store (the “Site”), the purchase of a Jam plan on the Site, and your use of the JAM app with that plan (together, the “Service”). By using the Site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Please read Section 13 carefully: it requires most disputes to be resolved by individual arbitration and waives class actions, unless you opt out within 30 days.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase a plan. You may only buy a plan for yourself, using a payment method you are authorized to use.

2. What you buy

A Jam plan gives you access to dance-fitness classes and a program personalized from your quiz answers. Classes are delivered in the JAM app for iPhone (iOS). You sign in to the app with the email address used at checkout; we create your account and send your access details by email. Keep your login private: you are responsible for activity under your account. Content, features and class schedules may evolve over time.

3. Subscription and automatic renewal

Jam plans are subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. Before you pay, the checkout shows the plan length (for example one week, four weeks or several months), the price charged today and the price and frequency of renewals. By completing your purchase you authorize Get Jam LLC, through its payment processor Stripe, to charge your payment method today and at the start of each renewal period, at the then-current price, until you cancel.

4. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, online, in a few clicks at getjam.store/manage (sign in with your JAM email and password), or by emailing getjamllc@gmail.com from the address used at purchase. Cancellation stops all future renewals and takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for; you keep access until then. We confirm every cancellation by email. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

5. Refunds

If Jam is not for you, email us within 7 days of your first purchase and we will refund that first payment in full. Renewal payments and partial periods are not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise or if we were at fault (for example a duplicate charge). If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first: we usually resolve billing questions within 2 business days, and faster than a bank dispute.

6. The pre-purchase quiz

Before you buy, the Site asks you a short quiz and shows a personalized summary. Figures such as target weight, timelines or scores are illustrative estimates based on your answers, not medical assessments or guarantees. Testimonials shown are illustrative of member experiences.

7. Health and safety

Dance is physical exercise. Jam provides general fitness and entertainment content; it is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a doctor, physical therapist or other professional. Consult a physician before starting, especially if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, high blood pressure, joint problems, an injury or any other medical condition. Choose the level that suits you, use a safe space and suitable footwear, stay hydrated, and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. To the extent permitted by law, you participate voluntarily and assume the risks inherent in physical activity.

8. Results and testimonials

Results vary from person to person and depend on factors such as consistency, diet, sleep and health. Any figures, goals, timelines or before/after statements shown on the Site describe individual or illustrative experiences and are not a promise or typical result. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including weight loss.

9. Your license and our content

All classes, choreography, videos, music arrangements, text, graphics and software in the Service belong to Get Jam LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. While your plan is active we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial use. You may not share your account, resell access, copy, record, download (except as the app allows), redistribute or publicly perform the content, or reverse engineer the Site or app.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, to provide false information, to interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to use bots or scrapers, to harass others, or to infringe anyone’s rights. We may suspend or end access for accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these Terms; if we end your access without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your current period.

11. Third-party services

Payments are processed by Stripe, and the JAM app is distributed through Apple’s App Store; their own terms also apply to your use of their services. We are not responsible for third-party services, devices or internet connections. The JAM app is currently available for iPhone only.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GET JAM LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR US$100 IF GREATER.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct or personal injury caused by our negligence where such limits are prohibited, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

13. Disputes: informal resolution, arbitration and class action waiver

Talk to us first. Before starting any claim, email getjamllc@gmail.com with a description of the issue and the outcome you want. We will both try in good faith to resolve it within 60 days.

Arbitration. If we cannot resolve it, you and Get Jam LLC agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration may take place by video or phone, or in the county where you live. We will pay the AAA filing, administration and arbitrator fees above the amount you would pay to file in court, unless the arbitrator finds your claim frivolous. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.

Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may seek court relief to stop infringement of intellectual property.

No class actions. Claims may be brought only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding, and the arbitrator may not consolidate claims of different people. If this class waiver is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim must be decided in court, not in arbitration.

Your right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing getjamllc@gmail.com within 30 days of your first purchase, with the subject “Arbitration opt-out” and your name and purchase email. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that the consumer protection laws of the state where you live still apply to you where they cannot be waived. Subject to Section 13, any court proceeding will take place in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming or in your county of residence.

15. Electronic communications

You agree that we may send receipts, account information, renewal and price-change notices and other transactional messages to the email you provide, and that these electronic communications satisfy any requirement that they be in writing. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time; transactional emails continue while you have an account.

16. Copyright complaints

If you believe content in the Service infringes your copyright, email getjamllc@gmail.com with the subject “Copyright notice”, identifying the work, the material at issue and its location, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner, with your signature.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. If a change materially affects active subscribers, we will email you before it applies to your next renewal; you can cancel if you do not agree. Changes do not apply to disputes already notified to us.

18. General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms; we may transfer them to a successor of our business. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

California residents: under California Civil Code §1789.3, you may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by phone at (800) 952-5210.
